Cancellation or rescheduling without a penalty is possible up to 24 hours before the visit.
Time in the studio is reserved individually for each visit.
This allows us to maintain a calm working rhythm and focus on quality.
Lateness
Please arrive at the scheduled time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the scope of service may be reduced or the appointment rescheduled.
Cancellation
The first cancellation on the day of the visit is possible without a penalty.
Starting from the next 'same day' cancellation, 100% of the service cost is charged.
In case of repeated late cancellations, further booking is only possible upon prepayment.
The studio reserves the right to refuse service or reschedule an appointment in the following cases:
• violation of booking and visit policies
• disrespectful communication
• arrival in a condition that may affect the quality or safety of the procedure
• repeated failure to respect scheduled appointment times (late arrivals or same-day cancellations)
• expectations that do not align with the studio’s format and philosophy
These decisions are made to preserve a calm atmosphere, maintain the quality of work, and ensure respect for all guests of the space.
Nail design is not included in the price of the coating service. It is charged additionally depending on the complexity of the design.
A gentle children’s manicure is available in the studio, performed in a calm and careful manner.
