Appointments

Noir Privé works by appointment only. Time in the studio is reserved individually for each visit. Book online or contact us by WhatsApp, Instagram or email.

Cancellations and late arrivals

You can cancel or reschedule without a penalty up to 24 hours before your visit. The first same-day cancellation is free; from the next one, 100% of the service price is charged. After repeated late cancellations, new bookings require prepayment.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, the service may be shortened or the appointment rescheduled.

Prices

Prices are in euros and are shown on the price list on this website. Nail art is charged separately depending on complexity. Prices may change; the price that applies is the one valid on the day of your visit.

Health and safety

We use sterile instruments and disposable materials. Please tell us before the procedure about allergies, skin or nail conditions, or anything else that may affect it. Children’s manicure is done in the presence of a parent; see the FAQ for age limits.

Refusal of service

We may refuse or reschedule a service if booking rules are not followed, communication is disrespectful, the client’s condition may affect the quality or safety of the procedure, or expectations do not match the studio’s format.
