Privacy Policy

Who we are

Noir Privé is a nail studio at Av. Comendador Ferreira de Matos 205, 4450-120 Matosinhos, Portugal. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Contact: hello@noirprive.pt.

What this website collects

The website has no user accounts and no forms that store your data. Our web server keeps technical logs (IP address, browser type, requested page and time) for security and troubleshooting; they are deleted after a short period.

We also keep our own visit statistics to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, the website or campaign you came from, clicks on links and buttons (for example the booking button), time on page, scroll depth, device type, browser and language. Nothing is stored on your device for this, your IP address is not saved, and visits are grouped with an anonymous identifier that changes every day, so we cannot recognise you across days. The data stays on our own server and is deleted after 13 months. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, no statistics are collected. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the website.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers when you open a page.

Cookies

We use one functional cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember your language. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies — the visit statistics described above work without cookies.

Booking and messages

Online booking is handled by Altegio (alteg.io). The details you enter there — such as your name, phone number and email — are used only to manage your appointments, and Altegio’s own privacy policy also applies.

If you write to us by email, WhatsApp or Instagram, we use your message and contact details only to answer you and to manage your visit, and keep them for as long as needed for that purpose.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to hello@noirprive.pt. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).

Changes

We may update this policy. The date of the latest version is shown on this page.
